Who is this course designed for?

What are the qualifications of the instructor?
Matthew Holden was a paramedic for roughly six years working in a busy 911 system and is currently in PA school. He has a deep passion for ECG interpretation and has been deeply studying the patterns since he was in paramedic school. He has helped clinicians learn ECGs for years and has taught at several conferences.
